Arson Charges

A 16-year-old girl is charged in connection to a fire at a youth group home in Winnipeg''s East Elmwood area. Fire crews were called just after 4 p.m. Monday to a duplex in the 500 block of Kent Road. No one was hurt but damage to the duplex and the neighbouring unit is estimated at $80,000. The girl has been charged with arson and uttering threats.
