Pukatawagan Shooting

A 40-year-old man has been charged for shooting at a pickup truck filled with people in the northern Manitoba community of Pukatawagan. It happened on Sunday evening, when the man came out of a residence with a shotgun and fired it a number of times at the truck. None of the five occupants in the vehicle was injured. The man has been charged with attempted murder, breach of probation, and several firearms related offences. He is scheduled to appear in The Pas provincial court on Jan. 26.
