16 year-old Arson

A Winnipeg youth is being charged in connection to a fire at a youth group home in Winnipeg''s Elmwood Area. Fire crews were called just after 4 PM on Monday to the 500-block of Kent street. No one was hurt in the fire that caused up to 80 thousand dollars in damage. The girl is being charged with Arson and Uttering Threats.
