Firefighter Rescue

Firefighters rescued tenants from the second-storey of a burning building in Winnipeg on Wednesday. Crews were called to the Maryland Food Store, just before 9 a.m. There were people inside apartments above the store that needed to be helped out. The fire was extinguished within a short time and no one was seriously hurt. The cause of the fire and amount of damage has not yet been released by fire officials.
