4 People Have Died during a House Fire in Winnipeg

Investigators are trying to determine how a fire started that killed four people in a split-level home in the West Kildonan area of Winnipeg. Two women and two children were victims of the Tuesday night fire, with an infant still in critical condition. Police would not release any information on the family. It is not yet known if the home had working smoke alarms.
