Manitoba Sees Boost in Average Weekly Income

Statistics Canada released information today that Manitoban''s average weekly wage grew for the second month in a row. The agency stated that earnings for employees grew by 0.6 percent in November of last year. Manitoba was one of eight provinces that saw a boost in weekly wages. Prince Edward Island showed the highest increase with almost a 2 percent rise. The earnings increase in November was 2.1 percent higher than November of 2010. Earnings at the national level remained virtually the same.
