Suicide Bomber at Funeral Procession

A suicide bomber detonated his explosives near a funeral procession in Baghdad today. The man who filled a taxi with explosives and waited for mourners to pass by the small market street has killed 31 people and wounded at least 60. The funeral was for a Shi''ite real estate agent who was killed by gunmen the day before. It is not yet known why he was killed. Authorities are blaming Sunni insurgents for the attacks. This is just the latest attack in Iraq since the Iraqi political crisis erupted in December. Over 300 people have been killed there in less than a month.
