160K Muffin Recipe?

Research at the University of Manitoba is being conducted that has been priced at 160 thousand dollars for a muffin recipe. The U of M''s Weston Sensory and Food Research Centre have been contracted by the federal and provincial governments to develop healthy foods such as the ultra healthy muffin. The reason that the muffin is so healthy is it contains a quarter cup of ground flax seed. The research involves 100 people eating the foods regularly over a period of time with researchers taking blood and urine tests to see what effects the food is having on cholesterol and other health conditions. So far none of the research has been put to commercial use.
