More Family Doctors

Manitoba Premier Greg Selinger issued a press release this week, detailing the government’s efforts to increase family doctors in the province. Initiatives include funding more residencies in Manitoba, training more nurse practitioners, and increasing the number of clinics. Health Minister tells CJ Radio that small towns will see the benefits.

The goal of the province is to ensure every person has a family doctor by 2015.
