Gov''t Not Recapturing Bear

Despite impassioned pleas from the Humane Society of Canada, First Nations groups and animal lovers, Manitoba wildlife officials have no plans to recapture two orphaned bear cubs that were briefly rehabilitated then released into the wild earlier this month. Animal activists planned a protest rally at a Winnipeg zoo Wednesday night.
