Cineplex Entertainment, which runs movie theatres in Manitoba is responding to the fears of movie-goers by announcing an addition of unspecified security measures at theatres. In Winnipeg, some film-goers said they would welcome any additional security — even metal-detectors at entrances, to better keep cinema patrons safe. Cineplex did not give details on its stepped-up security.
