An alleged accomplice and co-conspirator in a high-profile city child abduction case that recently ended with a dramatic bust thousands of kilometres away in Mexico has been returned by police to Winnipeg.Mexican law enforcement officials escorted Robert Neil Groen on a flight to Toronto last week and he was brought the rest of the way to Winnipeg by an RCMP escort.
