Woman Banned from MB

A chronic criminal who recently agreed to be banished from Manitoba for five years is fighting the unusual court order. Alanna Phizacklea currently lives in British Columbia after being sentenced in March for a string of Winnipeg offences.The Crown agreed to a two-year conditional sentence and three years of supervised probation as long as Phizacklea agreed to take a one-way ticket out of town.
