Graffiti Tagger Arrested

A 19-year-old man is facing 140 mischief charges relating to a string of graffiti tagging in Manitoba’s capital. It’s the second time in three weeks that Winnipeg police have arrested someone for graffiti-related mischief. The suspect was released on a promise to appear in court.
